Each member of ESP staff is fully briefed and understands the exact requirements of our specific clients. To enable this our staff are issued with radios and headsets to ensure contact with each other as easily as possible. Naturally wherever possible we try and deal with all issues discreetly, allowing the event to continue uninterrupted.

ESP will go above and beyond to ensure the event is a success, taking time to ensure we fully understand your requirements. We understand every event is unique. We supply smart, disciplined, well mannered, courteous, adaptable staff that have extensive experience, alongside effective customer service skills.
All our staff are trained in accordance with regulations set by the SIA (SECURITY INDUSTRY AUTHORITY) and hold Level 2 SIA LICENCES. Many are also FIRST AID trained. Additionally every member of staff completes regular and on going training and reviews, ensuring that every member of our team is as effective and able as they can possibly be.
